Paris Hilton Sold Her Pad

Paris Hilton unloaded her Hollywood Hills home for $4.25 in just ten days. Real estate agents forced potential buyers to undergo a prescreen before being allowed to view the 1920’s Spanish-style home.

The home, which Hilton bought in 2004 for $2.9 million, features 3.5 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, although one was converted into a large closet.

The interior is designed to evoke French Regency old Hollywood glamour, and includes a hotel-style pool complete with cabanas. There are also separate guest quarters as well as a separate office.

The 26-year-old heiress is reportedly looking to buy a home with more privacy.

Paris’ neighbors included Cameron Diaz, who voiced her displeasure more than once about having the heiress in the ‘hood.
